Wordpress is probably the most popular website software on the web. You simply upload the phpBay files to the plugin folder, activate the plugin, add your eBay affiliate ID and you can literally start adding eBay auction listings to your site within minutes.
How does it work? Let's say you start a site, using Wordpress, about cars. You write a review about a car, then when finished, add a simple tag to your post, and you can display those very types of cars for sale on your post/page. phpBay will return eBay items for that car type. If someone clicks the link and places a winning bid, you get a commission. Let's say you write a page/post about acne. At the end, just enter a simple tag with "acne" as the keyword, and bam! You have acne items on your site that visitors can bid on. Every time someone places a winning bid from your link, you get a commission.
And it gets even better! If someone decides to place a bid on an item from your site, but does not have an eBay account, if they create an eBay account after clicking on your link, you get $25 (as of this writing) for the signup! That's real money! And over the course of a month, can really add up.
The thing is, eBay has over 80,000 categories that you can choose from, with millions of products. You can literally sell anything from expensive cars to car parts, candles to poems, kitchen utensils, bayrss, movies and just about anything your mind can imagine. The potential is simply amazing and real people are earning big money using this technique.
You might think something like this would cost hundreds of dollars. After all, if you can makes hundreds/thousands of dollars a month with a little work, why not? Not the case. The developer sells it starting at $39.00. Seems underpriced to me, but for $39 bucks and a few minutes to setup a new site (or just add it to your existing site), you can start making big money with the eBay affiliate program.
